The Most Beautiful and Sexy Tennis Players of the World Part 1

Wikipedia describes Tennis as a sport played between two players (singles) or between two teams of two players each (doubles). Each player uses a strung racquet to strike a hollow rubber ball covered with felt (most of the time Optic Yellow, but can be any color or even two-tone) over a net into the opponent's court.

This game has originated in the United Kingdom. Tennis is an Olympic sport and is played at all levels of society at all ages. It has become a favorite sport of people around the world bringing the professional players in the limelight. People from all walks of life have looked up to it and follow it as a spectator sport most especially the four Grand Slam tournaments: the Australian Open, the French Open, Wimbledon, and the US Open.

Tennis is a favorite sport by almost everybody around the world. It has added not only active participation but also glamuor and fashion to the sports world. People not only watch to enjoy the sport but also for the beautiful and sexy female players of the competitions. Women get so excited when their favorite male tennis player has a coming match.

Anna Sergeyevna Kournikova was born on June 7, 1981 in Moscow in the former Soviet Union to Alla and Sergei Kournikov where she and her mother later immigrated to the United States. She is a semi-retired Russian professional tennis player and has entered the world of modelling. Because of her celebrity status, she has become one of the best known tennis players worldwide.

Anna Kournikova has reached #8 in the world in 2000 in the singles category, but her specialty has been doubles, where she has at times been the world's number one-ranked player. Together with her doubles partner Martina Hingis, she won Grand Slam titles in Australia in 1999 and 2002.

Maria Yuryevna Sharapova was born on April 19, 1987. She is a former World No. 1 and was the highest paid athlete of the world. She has won three Grand Slam singles titles. Her successful competitions include :

Wimbledon - at age 17 in 2004, she defeated Serena Williams in the final.

2006 US Open - defeated Justine Henin in the final.

2008 Australian Open - defeated Ana Ivanovix in the finals.

She has also been modelling and some of her modeling gigs include Sports Illustrated. In July 2008, she was the world's highest-paid female athlete.

Maria Yuryevna Kirilenko was born January 25, 1987 and is a Russian professional tennis player. She was born in Moscow and has a Paternal Ukrainian Heritage. She reached #18 in her career-high singles ranking on the WTA tour in July 2008. Maria Sharapova is her good friend.
